Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a Business Assistant for RLJ Dental- Green Bay to support the front office, greet patients, and manage scheduling using Dentrix. The role emphasizes accurate claims, patient communications, and teamwork with clinicians in a fast-paced dental setting.

You will work with a collaborative team to ensure smooth daily operations, patient satisfaction, and adherence to HIPAA guidelines while supporting a stable, growth-oriented network.

Qualifications

• Regular HIPAA training and PHI protection responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, email, and communications with patients and insurers.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and maintaining patient records.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• File insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims; verify benefits and coverage.
• Post payments and process accounts receivable; discuss treatment plan options with patients.
