• Familiarity with insurance billing and accounts receivable.
• Proficient with Dentrix and dental software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front-office duties: phones, mail, emails, and scheduling.
• Handle insurance claims, verification of benefits, and explanations of coverage.
• Post payments and manage accounts receivable; review treatment plan fees.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
