Job summary

North American Dental Group is seeking an as-needed Front Desk Coordinator/Treatment Plan Coordinator for a cross-trained, part-time role at our Franklin, TN location. You will greet patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and help present treatment plans.

You’ll work with a team to ensure patient comfort, collect co-pays, and support billing and end-of-day reporting. Prior dental front desk or insurance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
• 1-5 years in customer service, insurance, or dental settings preferred
• Knowledge of dental software and MS Office; willingness to learn new programs

Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls, greet visitors, schedule and verify appointments, and prepare end-of-day reports
• Explain procedures and services to patients using dental knowledge; collect co-pays and verify insurance coverage
• Track no-shows, cancellations, and late arrivals; assist in treatment prioritization and scheduling
• Present treatment plans and assist in chair-side planning; maintain professionalism and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
