North American Dental Group presents an Ortho Treatment Plan Coordinator position within our Spring Hill, TN office. Join a team dedicated to empathetic, patient-centered care and a seamless dental experience from first contact to final visit.

As a Treatment Plan Coordinator, you will greet and schedule patients, collect co-pays, present treatment plans, and help ensure production goals are met while educating patients on care options and financials.

Qualifications

• 1 year dental experience.
• Excel, multi-tasking and time management.
• Engaging and personable, with ability to connect with patients and families.
• Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Confident discussing treatment, financials, and patient care decisions.
• Leadership or event planning experience is a plus but not required.
• Dental or medical field scheduling and insurance verification preferred but not required.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with dental software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and schedule patients, collect co-pays, present treatment plans.

• Develop reports on production goals.
• Advocate and educate in creating treatment plans for dental care.
