Qualifications

• No dental or orthodontic experience required; willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new patients and families, creating a positive first impression.
• Coordinate and present doctor-recommended treatment plans clearly.
• Explain flexible payment plans and walk parents through insurance benefits.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate electronic patient records.
• Travel between Reno, Sparks, and Carson City offices as needed.
