Orthodontic Partners is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to guide patients from their first visit through ongoing orthodontic care. You will welcome families, present treatment plans, discuss financing options, and maintain accurate records across multiple local clinics.

Qualifications

• No dental or orthodontic experience required; willing to train.
• 1–2+ years in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Willing to travel between local clinics and maintain schedules.

Responsibilities

• First Impressions & Consultations: welcome new patients and families with a positive, reassuring attitude.
• Treatment Presentation: clearly present doctor-recommended plans with empathy.
• Financial & Insurance Guidance: explain payment options and walk through benefits.
• Scheduling & Records Management: manage appointments and accurate electronic records.
• Multi-Site Clinic Operations: travel between Reno, Sparks, and Carson City offices as needed.
