Orthodontic Partners in Reno, NV is seeking a friendly Treatment Coordinator to guide patients from their first visit through the orthodontic journey. Training is provided, no dental experience required, with 1–2+ years in customer service helping you succeed.

You’ll present treatment plans, explain finances and insurance, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records while traveling between our local clinics in Reno, Sparks, and Carson City to support daily consultations.

Qualifications

• Experience: No prior dental or orthodontic experience needed; 1–2+ years in customer service or related fields preferred, with training provided.
• Communication & Tech Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; comfortable discussing finances and using office tech.
• Core Qualities: Highly organized, able to multitask, positive attitude, and professional demeanor.
• Travel Flexibility: Reliable transportation; willing to travel between local clinics.
• Safety & Compliance: Safety-sensitive role; pre-employment drug screen required; adherence to CDC/OSHA/ADA standards.

Responsibilities

• First Impressions & Consultations: Welcome patients, create a positive, reassuring first impression.
• Treatment Presentation: Present doctor-recommended plans clearly and compassionately.
• Financial & Insurance Guidance: Explain payment options and insurance benefits.
• Scheduling & Records Management: Schedule appointments; maintain accurate electronic records.
• Multi-Site Clinic Operations: Travel between Reno, Sparks, and Carson City offices as needed.
