Qualifications

• HIPAA training and PHI protection required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a great first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, email, and coordination with insurance.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• File insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims.
• Post payments and process accounts receivable.
• Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
• Partner to implement Heartland Dental systems to optimize office potential.
