Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support PPE process and help patients feel welcome during visits.
• Schedule appointments to keep providers' days productive and smooth.
• Interact with patients and guests in the reception area during wait times.
• Answer phones promptly and manage calls efficiently.
• Complete front office tasks daily according to checklist.
• Post payments to patient accounts following company policies.
• Be SME in the practice management system for patient registration and check-in.
