Specialized Dental Partners is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and to support daily front-office operations.

You will greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, handle billing, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Training and growth opportunities are available to motivated individuals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of dental front-office or receptionist experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and maintain a welcoming, professional environment.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; manage provider calendars.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communications.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations.
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate patient flow and provide administrative support as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Additional duties may be assigned.
