Job summary

Ridge Pike Dental Care, part of Heartland Dental, is seeking a Dental Receptionist for a full-time schedule (Monday 6:30am–7pm, Tuesday 6:30am–4pm, Wednesday 6:30am–2pm, Thursday 9am–5pm). The role offers a salary range of $21–$24 per hour, based on experience, plus benefits.

You’ll greet patients, manage front office duties, and use Dentrix for scheduling and records. Ideal candidates have customer-service experience in a fast-paced setting, strong communication, and HIPAA awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service environments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and PHI protection awareness.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, emails, and communications with patients and insurers.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• Process insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims.
• Post payments and discuss treatment options with patients.
