Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Handle front office duties: phones, mail, email, and patient communications.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records management.
• Schedule appointments across multiple providers and verify benefits.
• Post payments and manage accounts receivable; follow up on claims.
• Explain treatment fees and payment options to patients.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
