Your responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service, scheduling consultations, and educating patients on insurance policies. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in dental software.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of experience as a scheduler in a dental environment or in customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and the dental team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Empathetic and patient-centered approach to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and referral offices via phone.
• Direct callers to the appropriate department or individual as needed.
• Schedule patient consultations and surgical procedures in the EMR system.
• Accurately complete insurance verification forms and obtain necessary information.
• Educate patients on in-network and out-of-network insurance policies.
