Qualifications

• 3+ years of front office receptionist experience in a dental setting.
• Familiarity with dental insurance verification and checking claim statuses.

Responsibilities

• Patient Hospitality & Front Desk: greet patients and manage inquiries.
• Schedule Coordination: construct and maintain daily appointment schedules.
• Insurance & Administrative Support: verify benefits and follow up on claims.
• Patient Care Follow-Up: recare outreach for hygiene appointments.
• Practice Management Systems: use Dentrix and Dental Intelligence for records.
