North American Dental Group (NADG) in Miami seeks a Front Desk Coordinator to deliver welcoming, efficient front-desk service and be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth, compassionate experience from arrival to checkout. You will support patient scheduling, insurance verification, and payments with a focus on an excellent patient experience.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
• 1–5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dental software and Microsoft Office; ability to learn new programs as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phone calls and provide information to callers; greet visitors/patients; schedule, verify, and confirm patient appointments.
• Explain procedures and/or services to patients using dental knowledge.
• Present financial policies and arrangements to patients; collect co-payments and verify insurance coverage as appropriate.
• Track appointments due to no-shows, cancellations, and late arrivals.
• Perform clerical tasks such as sorting, opening, distributing mail, scanning, and photocopying.
