Job summary

Assure A Smile is seeking an outgoing, organized Front Desk / Patient Coordinator in Miami to greet patients, manage calls, schedule visits, and guide them through treatment planning within a biologically focused practice.

You will work Monday–Friday with your hours primarily 7 AM–4 PM (Fridays until 1 PM) and occasional overtime during busy seasons. Eaglesoft experience and bilingual English/Spanish are required, and a driver’s license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for communication with diverse patient population.
• Outgoing and dependable with a proactive approach to patient interactions.
• Comfortable using dental practice software and technology.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients from their first phone call through their treatment journey.
• Coordinate front desk operations to ensure smooth scheduling, billing and patient records.
