Job summary

High End Hiring is seeking an experienced Dental Front Desk in Miami to keep the schedule full and patients happy. You will greet patients warmly, answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage payments in a fast-paced dental office.

The role requires multitasking, reliability, and strong communication with patients and the team. Dental terminology knowledge and software experience are a plus; schedule is Mon–Thu 8:15–4:30 and Fri 8:15–2:00.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience in a fast-paced dental environment is preferred.
• Excellent at communicating with patients and team members.
• Able to manage payments and patient accounts.
• Familiar with dental terminology and insurance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist patients with questions
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
• Manage the daily appointment schedule and maintain efficient patient flow
• Collect copayments, deductibles, and outstanding balances
• Review treatment estimates and financial responsibilities with patients
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient account information
