Job summary

Heartland Dental's Complete Dental of Easton is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team in a full-time, Monday-Friday position from 8:30am to 4:00pm. You will greet patients, answer phones, manage scheduling in Dentrix, handle insurance verification, claims, payments, and coordinate with providers to support office efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and protection of PHI as required for role.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Answer phones, check mail/email, and communicate with patients and insurers.
• Schedule appointments in Dentrix and manage multiple providers.
• File insurance claims, follow up on benefits, and explain coverage.
• Post insurance and patient payments and manage accounts receivable.
• Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
