Job summary

HealthPoint in Bothell, WA is seeking a part-time Float Patient Services Representative I to perform front office duties, including phone activity, scheduling, patient registration, data entry and payments, while delivering exceptional customer service across HealthPoint locations.

You will greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, collect copays, educate on services, manage scheduling, support MyChart navigation, and document in the EHR with a professional, team‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; customer service or healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and write basic correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Greet clinic patients and visitors; perform check-in and check-out functions; verify demographics and insurance information.
• Collect copays and past due balances; establish payment plans when needed.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and inform patients; navigate EHR and MyChart as needed.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, referrals, and prototype coordination; maintain schedule accuracy.
