Smile Brands Inc. seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first contact for patients, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed and supported throughout their dental journey from scheduling to understanding treatment and payment options.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a dental, healthcare, medical, hospitality or customer-service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for helping people.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Positive, professional, patient-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Greeting: Create a warm, welcoming environment and make every patient feel valued from the moment they arrive.
• Guiding: Assist patients with check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification and questions about care.
• Treatment Support: Help patients understand treatment recommendations and payment options.
• Patient Experience: Build trust with patients and make visits comfortable and stress-free.
• Communication: Answer phones and communicate clearly with patients, doctors and staff.
• Scheduling: Maintain an efficient schedule and maximize opportunities for care.
• Gratitude: Show appreciation and ensure patients feel cared for and confident in choosing us.
