You will work with our dental team to ensure smooth check‑in/check‑out, explain treatment options, and help patients navigate financial arrangements, all while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in dental, healthcare, hospitality or customer-service.
• Knowledge of dental terminology preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for helping people.
• Ability to build rapport and create positive relationships with patients.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greeting: Create a warm, welcoming environment for every patient.
• Guiding: Support patients throughout visit, including check‑in/check‑out, scheduling, insurance verification and answering questions about care.
• Treatment Support: Help patients understand treatment recommendations, payment options and financial arrangements.
• Patient Experience: Build trusting relationships with patients and help make visit comfortable and stress‑free.
• Communication: Answer phones, respond to patient questions and communicate clearly with patients, doctors and the dental team.
• Scheduling: Maintain an efficient schedule and help maximize opportunities for patients to receive care.
• Gratitude: Show genuine appreciation for every patient and create an experience that makes them feel cared for.
