Great Expressions is seeking a Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, and manage patient records to ensure a smooth dental visit.

Responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming reception, verifying insurance details, handling payments, and coordinating with dental staff to optimize scheduling. A high school diploma and dental office experience are preferred.

Formación

• 1–3 years of receptionist or customer service experience in a dental office.
• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare admin education a plus.
• Ability to manage patient records and handle privacy responsibly.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients warmly and manage the reception area.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinate with staff.
• Enter and update patient information and medical history.
• Handle payments, co-pays and insurance billing inquiries.
• Maintain confidential records and comply with privacy rules.
• Communicate scheduling changes to hygienists, assistants and dentists.
• Provide information about services and practice policies.
