Job summary

Assure A Smile in Miami is seeking an outgoing, organized Front Desk / Patient Coordinator to guide patients from their first phone call through their treatment journey while helping the practice run efficiently.

You will interact with children and adults, coordinate general and orthodontic care, and join a team that values compassion, professionalism, and careful record-keeping. Training will be provided for Eaglesoft and daily operations.

Qualifications

• License & Certification: Driver’s license
• Software Experience: Eaglesoft

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, schedule appointments, and guide patients from initial phone call to treatment journey
• Coordinate general, biological, orthodontic, and advanced dental care with a supportive team
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth front desk operations
