Heartland Dental's Byron Family Dental Care is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to warmly greet patients, manage front desk duties, and support daily office flow with Dentrix.

You will schedule appointments, process insurance, post payments, and coordinate with providers to ensure a smooth patient experience while upholding HIPAA standards in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within a national network.

Qualificações

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric dental office.
• Familiarity with Dentrix scheduling and records.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA awareness and PHI protection.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and create a welcoming first impression.
• Handle front office duties: phones, mail, emails, insurance communications.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and patient records.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• File insurance claims and follow up on benefits and coverage.
• Post insurance and patient payments; manage accounts receivable.
• Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
• Partner with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
