Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments using EHR systems and coordinate with clinical staff.
• Verify insurance coverage and handle health insurance inquiries per HIPAA policies.
• Manage patient intake forms and update electronic health records.
• Assist with medical billing and coding including CPT/ICD processes.
• Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality per standards.
• Handle patient communications by phone with professionalism.
