Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Patient Services Supervisor (PSS) in training, staffing and functionality, providing feedback.
• Satisfy all mandatory training requirements assigned by the PSS via various training tools.
• Maintain the flow of the patient schedule to ensure the best Patient Experience.
• Substitute management of front operations in the absence of the PSS.
• Perform a variety of detail-oriented administrative tasks to support the team and patients.
