Job summary

NC Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Patient Services Representative to support front desk operations and enhance the patient experience. The role collaborates with the Patient Services Supervisor to train staff, manage scheduling, and ensure high standards of customer service in a pediatric dental setting.

The PSR will handle administrative tasks, participate in training, and substitute for the PSS when needed to maintain smooth front desk flow and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in dental front desk operations.
• At least 1 year of pediatric dental experience preferred.
• Currently certified in OSHA, HIPAA and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Patient Services Supervisor (PSS) in training, staffing and functionality.
• Provide feedback to support front desk operations.
• Maintain patient schedule flow to optimize the Patient Experience.
• Substitute front operations management in the absence of PSS.
• Perform detail-oriented administrative tasks for team and patients.
