Cosmetic & Restorative Dentistry Of The Keys in Big Pine Key, FL is seeking a full-time Front Desk/Patient Care Coordinator to greet patients, manage the front desk, answer calls, and coordinate scheduling in a fast-paced dental office.

The ideal candidate is a team player with dental software experience (Dentrix and Dexis), bilingual abilities, and a commitment to outstanding patient service. In addition to competitive pay, benefits include health insurance, PTO, 401(k), and paid training.

Qualifications

• Bilingual and customer-facing experience in a dental/medical setting preferred.
• Proven ability to manage front desk tasks, scheduling, and patient flow.
• Experience with dental software systems (Dentrix, Dexis) and basic infection control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage front desk operations: answer calls, respond to inquiries, direct calls appropriately.
• Maintain organized patient records and important documents.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars to optimize office operations.
• Provide customer support by addressing patient needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist with inventory management and supply ordering.
• Collaborate with dental staff to facilitate patient care processes.
• Ensure front desk area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
