Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of recent medical front desk experience preferred.
• Dermatology office experience is a plus.
• Experience in a busy physician practice with strong insurance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage a professional front desk environment.
• Handle check-in/check-out, scheduling, and rescheduling of appointments.
• Answer high-volume phone calls and direct to appropriate staff.
