You will be the friendly front-desk face, handling billing, insurance processing, and EHR management to ensure a seamless patient experience from check-in to checkout.

The role requires dental office experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Dentrix. We offer a full-time position with 32 hours per week minimum, with potential for additional hours

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a dental office with clerical tasks and billing knowledge.
• Familiarity with dental insurance and treatment estimates.
• Strong attention to detail in records management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, friendly professionalism.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients warmly at check-in and check-out.
• Manage billing, payments, and treatment estimates for patients.
• Review and update patient records accurately.
• Provide administrative support: appointment scheduling and phone handling.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.
• Review care plans and billing documentation for accuracy.
• Answer insurance questions and explain coverage and options.
• Maintain professional front-desk operations and customer service.
