Job summary

Shining 3D is seeking a Dental Application Engineer to support post-sales digital dentistry customers across scanning, printing, and CAD/CAM workflows. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Training teams to deliver technical guidance and ensure successful adoption of Shining 3D solutions.

The role suits problem-solvers who enjoy teaching customers and resellers, with willingness to travel up to 30% and to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, math, or dental-related field preferred.
• Experience as a dental lab technician, dental assistant, or dental hygienist.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• CAD/CAM experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Basic IT skills and software navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-facing sales support to resellers and end users.
• Create internal and external technical user guides.
• Provide technical training to resellers and end users.
• Repair scanners and printers as needed.
• Communicate customer requests to R&D.
• Evaluate new products and test software/features.
• Travel up to 30% to assist customers on-site and at exhibitions.
