Job summary

Benco Dental is seeking a Digital Dentistry Customer Success Partner to remotely support customers in onboarding, training, and ongoing technical assistance for 3D printers, scanners, and CAD/CAM systems. You will collaborate with Field Support Technicians and vendors to ensure smooth implementation and knowledge sharing.

The role requires 4–6 years in technical support, strong English communication, and the ability to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support or service delivery for dental or medical equipment.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and post-sale training for Digital Dental and CAD/CAM solutions.
• Provide tier 1 customer support and coordinate with vendors for escalated issues.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and run data analyses from surveys.
• Collaborate with sales, trainers, and equipment support to implement best practices.
• Coordinate software/hardware updates with vendors and ensure proper deployment.
