Job summary

Shining 3D is seeking a driven sales professional to expand and manage relationships with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) across the United States. You will navigate complex multi-stakeholder decision processes, including clinical directors and procurement, to achieve sales targets and drive growth.

You will maintain corporate DSO accounts, partner with cross-functional teams, and deepen product knowledge of SHINING 3D's intraoral scanners and CAD/CAM solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of sales experience in dental industry with digital dentistry solutions.
• Strong understanding of DSO business models and group purchasing organizations.

Responsibilities

• Expand and manage sales relationships with DSOs across the U.S. to achieve targets.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles within DSOs (clinical directors, operations, procurement, C-suite).
• Oversee relationships with DSO corporate accounts for collaboration and performance.
• Gain knowledge of SHINING 3D's dental 3D scanning solutions for digital workflows.
• Collect and analyze market intel to inform sales/marketing strategies.
• Plan regional activities: roadshows, trade shows, demos, and development of KOLs/KOCs.
