Job summary

Smile Brands is seeking a Treatment Care Coordinator for our Dayton area practice to create positive patient experiences using our G3 approach. You will greet patients, guide them through check-in, scheduling, and payments, verify insurance, and help with financing options to ensure a smooth visit.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience.
• Dentrix Ascend experience required.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients with a warm welcome.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and explain services and payment options.
• Express appreciation to patients and maintain professionalism.
