Ideal Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join a clinician-led, growth-focused team. You will support a wide range of procedures, take X-rays, prepare treatment rooms, and help manage patient flow with a focus on safety and comfort.

Ideal Dental offers modern tech, opportunities for growth, and a supportive culture. A current RDA license and CPR certification are required, with 6–12 months of RDA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RDA license and CPR certification are required.
• 6–12 months of RDA experience preferred.
• iTero scanning proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures and keep patients comfortable.
• Take dental X-rays with precision to support diagnoses.
• Prepare and break down operatories; maintain a clean, efficient workspace.
• Manage patient flow and assist in transitions during visits.
• Ensure infection control and sterilize instruments for safety.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene to promote long-term health.
• Take impressions and bite registrations for appliances.
• Conduct iTero scans for accurate diagnostics.
• Support charting and documentation for treatment planning.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
