Ideal Dental in the United States seeks a dedicated Dental Assistant to support clinicians and patients. You’ll help with x-rays, operatories, patient flow, and infection control, contributing to a welcoming, efficient practice.

We provide training for iTero scanning, opportunities for growth, and a culture where your smile truly matters. Eligible candidates hold an active RDA license and CPR certification, with 6–12 months of experience, and may travel to DeNovo offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of RDA experience in a dental practice.
• DeNovo Offices: travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures and ensure patient comfort.
• Take dental x-rays with precision to aid diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Prepare and break down operatories; maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
• Manage patient flow and assist in transitions during visits.
• Ensure infection control standards; sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and long-term health habits.
• Take impressions and bite registrations for dental appliances.
• Conduct digital iTero scans for accurate diagnostics.
• Assist with charting and documentation; support treatment planning.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent patient experiences.

Skills

Active RDA license

Current CPR certification

RDA experience (6–12 months)

Willing to travel to DeNovo offices
