Job summary

Ideal Dental is actively seeking a Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. You will support dentists with a wide range of procedures, take X-rays, and maintain sterile operatories. You’ll help manage patient flow and ensure infection control while educating patients on oral care.

We expect an active RDA license, current CPR certification, and 6 months to 1 year of RDA experience. Travel to DeNovo offices may be required as we expand our Texas network.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant License required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as an RDA in a dental practice.
• DeNovo Offices: Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures while ensuring patient comfort.
• Take dental X-rays with precision for diagnoses and treatment planning.
• Prepare and break down operatories after each procedure, maintaining a clean clinical area.
• Manage patient flow and assist in transitions throughout visits.
• Ensure infection control standards by sterilizing instruments and equipment.
