Ideal Dental is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to support diverse procedures and patient care in our Orlando, FL offices. You will take x-rays, assist clinicians, and help maintain clean operatories while ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout visits.

Qualified candidates hold an active RDA license and CPR certification, with 6 months to 1 year of dental assisting experience. Travel to new acquired offices may be required, and a strong team-oriented attitude is essential for

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant License.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as an RDA in a dental practice.
• DeNovo Offices: New acquired offices may require travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures.
• Take dental x-rays.
• Prepare and break down operatories after each procedure.
• Manage patient flow and transitions during visits.
• Ensure infection control standards are met.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
• Take impressions and bite registrations.
• Conduct digital iTero scans.
• Assist with patient charting and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with the practice team to deliver exceptional guest care.
