Ideal Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join a clinician-led, growth-focused team. You will support dentists, take X-rays, run impressions, and help with iTero scans while maintaining patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Licensed dental assistant with current certification.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience as an RDA or dental assistant preferred (6 months–1 year).

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and smooth treatment flow.
• Take dental X‑rays with precision to support accurate diagnoses.
• Prepare and break down operatories after each procedure, keeping a clean work area.
• Manage patient flow and assist in transitions throughout visits.
• Maintain infection control by sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices.
• Take impressions and bite registrations for custom dental appliances.
• Conduct digital iTero scans for accurate diagnostics.
• Assist with patient charting and documentation for treatment planning.
• Collaborate with the practice team to deliver excellent patient experiences.
