Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and caring Dental Assistant to join our team! As a Dental Assistant, you will provide top-notch dental care that makes our patients feel like family. The ideal candidate must have Ortho experience, be proficient in taking X-Rays, and be able to make excellent temporaries efficiently. Additionally, candidates should be bilingual (Spanish), fast learners, hard-working, outgoing, adaptable, and self-motivated. You will provide assistance to the dentist during exams and procedures and complete administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate has an associate's degree from a certified school and previous experience as a Dental Assistant/RDA. Responsibilities:

1. Prepare patients for treatment or checkups ensuring their comfort.
2. Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials as needed.
3. Sterilize instruments according to regulations.
4. Undertake lab tasks as instructed.
5. Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked.
6. Fabricate temporary crowns and bridges as needed.
7. Take impressions, pour, and trim models.
8. Take proper x-rays and intra-oral photographs.
9. Perform coronal polishing.

Qualifications:

1. Associate’s Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
2. Strong computer and data entry skills.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Ability to provide high-quality patient care.
