Job summary

Imagen Dental Partners is seeking a Dental Assistant to join a privately owned practice focused on patient-first care in Orangeburg, SC. Compensation starts at $17–$20 per hour, with benefits including 401(k) matching, PTO/holidays, and health plans for you and your family.

You will welcome patients, assist the doctor, manage lab materials, and ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance while keeping treatment rooms prepared and radiographs high quality. New grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
• Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
• Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
• Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
• Develop a relationship with the patient.
• Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
• Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
• Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.

Schedule

• Monday:7:45am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
• Tuesday:7:45am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
• Wednesday:7:45am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
• Thursday:7:45am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
• Friday: As needed

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months-1 year experience as a Dental Assistant, not required
• Experience with Dental Softwares as Dentrix, Eaglesoft or similar dental softwares, is preferred.
