Job summary

Imagen Dental Partners in Prescott, AZ seeks an experienced Dental Assistant to welcome patients, assist the doctor, and manage back-office operations. You will support radiography, sterilization, and daily practice needs while upholding OSHA/HIPAA guidelines and patient relationships.

With 2+ years of experience, HS diploma or GED, and relevant certifications, you’ll join a privately owned practice offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant.
• High school diploma or GED.
• State-required certifications such as Radiology, CPR, RDA or RDAEF.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
• Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
• Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
• Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
• Develop a relationship with the patient.
• Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
• Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
• Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.

You will be thrilled to know that we work 5 days per week, and NO WEEKENDS!

• Monday 7:45am - 5:00pm
• Tuesday 7:45am - 5:00pm
• Wednesday 7:45am - 5:00pm
• Thursday 7:45am - 5:00pm
• Friday 7:45am - 3:00pm

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working as a Dental Assistant
• High school diploma or GED.
• Other certifications as required by the state, as an example: Radiology Certification, CPR, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF), etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Dental Softwares as Denticon, is preferred.
