Dental Assistant - Clinical and Front Desk Support

Location: Kennett Square, PA

We are a growing dental service organization (DSO) supporting multiple locations nationwide. Our mission is to help you grow your skills and positively impact lives by improving smiles, boosting confidence, and enhancing overall health.

We are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our pediatric practice in Kennett Square, PA. Responsibilities include assisting dentists chairside, maintaining sterilization protocols, and providing front desk support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist dentists chairside during procedures
2. Greet and escort patients
3. Take radiographs as directed
4. Set up and clean operatories
5. Manage sterilization and equipment maintenance
6. Support front desk operations, including scheduling, check-in, documentation, and administrative tasks

Basic Requirements

• Radiology Certification
• Familiarity with dental software, email, and Microsoft Word
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in taking radiographs
• Knowledge of infection control procedures
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Experience with patients with special healthcare needs
• Effective interaction with parents, guardians, and caregivers
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with leadership skills
