• Greet and assist patients, ensuring their comfort and providing education.
• Review patient health histories for quality care.
• Take and process X-rays and other diagnostics.
• Assist dentists during procedures with four-handed dentistry.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record-keeping.
• Maintain safety protocols and manage supplies.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize workflow.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Dental Assistant Permit and X-Ray Certification.
• At least 4 years of Dental Assistant experience.
• Understanding of HIPAA and ability to protect patient information.
• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Experience:

• Dentrix or similar dental software experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform duties with or without accommodations.
• Prolonged sitting and standing.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for periodic training sessions.
