We are a growing dental service organization (DSO) supporting multiple partner locations across the country. Our goal is to help you grow and positively impact lives by improving smiles, confidence, and overall health.

The Dental Assistant will assist general and specialty dentists chair-side, greet and escort patients, take radiographs as instructed, set up and break down operatories, clean and stock materials, and ensure sterilization and equipment maintenance following OSHA and federal guidelines.

Additional responsibilities include supporting front desk operations, scheduling, patient check-in, verifying demographics, retrieving charts, and documenting treatment plans.

Basic Requirements
  • 0-5 years of experience
  • Vocational/Technical training or Associate's Degree
  • Radiology certification and DPH Dental Assistant License
  • Familiarity with dental software, email, and Microsoft Word
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. with or without accommodation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in taking radiographs
  • Knowledge of infection control procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with patients with special healthcare needs
  • Ability to work with patients' families and caregivers
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Team leadership, self-motivation, organization, and time management skills
