More About The Role
  • Greet and welcome patients, ensuring their comfort and providing education throughout their treatment.
  • Review patient health histories to ensure quality care.
  • Assist hygienists during procedures in accordance with state dental practice laws.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, including stocking and restocking supplies.
  • Use Dentrix for scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Maintain safety protocols and follow OSHA & CDC guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize office workflow.
Minimum Qualifications
  • On-the-job training; additional certification may be required based on state law.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Must protect patient information and complete HIPAA training.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform duties with or without accommodations.
  • Prolonged sitting and standing.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
  • Availability for periodic training sessions.
  • TB test required prior to employment (except in FL & TN).
