Dental Depot in Oklahoma City is seeking a Patient Scheduling Coordinator to efficiently manage appointment scheduling and confirmations by phone or online, ensuring a smooth patient flow and positive interaction.

The role requires building strong relationships with patients, maintaining courteous communication, and adhering to HIPAA guidelines while supporting hygiene scheduling across locations using Eaglesoft and Revenuwell.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required.
• Eaglesoft knowledge preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid drivers license and annual Motor Vehicle Record check when operating company vehicles.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments for Hygiene schedule.
• Maintain call logs and correspondence files for each location.
• Fill the Hygiene schedule by reviewing SoonER, QuickFill, and Recall lists in the Eaglesoft system.
• Utilize Revenuwell to schedule, cancel, confirm, or reschedule hygiene appointments.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by Management.
