Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule new, referral and follow-up appointments; manage cancellations.
• Send appointment reminders to patients.
• Direct patients to external resources for treatments.
• Coordinate with Dental Services leadership to create scheduling templates.
• Triage urgent care needs and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain clinic area, equipment, and cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations.
