Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Demo Site Manager to own the strategy, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our demo environments, ensuring they are realistic and reliable to support GTM efforts. You will partner with Product, IT, and Solutions Consulting leadership to maintain uptime and deploy scalable demos.

The role involves building industry- and persona-based environments, scripting and storytelling assets, and driving readiness for product launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Demo Engineering.
• Strong understanding of SaaS GTM motions and demo workflows.
• Technical fluency in HRIS/Payroll/IT platforms.
• Proficient with Jira, Slack, and data/reporting tools (Looker, Tableau).
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Creative problem solver with an eye for detail and demo storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Demo Environment Management: oversee day-to-day operations, incidents, health, uptime, stability, and performance of all demo environments.
• Managed Site Ownership: own configuration, cleanup, and optimization of managed demo sites; create new sites for industry and global needs; explore infrastructure improvements with IT/R&D.
• Product & Tools Partnership: collaborate with Product GTM and Engineering to ensure features are integrated and stable; ensure demo readiness for launches; represent SC and GTM needs; maintain timely fixes with project management.
• Custom Demo Builds: design industry-specific and persona-based demo environments; support custom builds for large deals/events; develop reusable scripts and assets.
• Demo Site Support & Incident Response: escalate issues via Jira; provide proactive communication on known issues and resolutions.
• Reporting & Data Insights: track usage, health trends, and resolution rates; deliver monthly business reviews with metrics.
• Security & Access Management: manage access control and data hygiene across shared environments; remove access for terminations; manage ownership transfers.
• Communication & Enablement: publish updates via newsletters and Confluence; document best practices and environment guides; collect feedback from SCs and AEs to prioritize improvements.
