Job summary

Rippling seeks a senior individual contributor who can dream up novel platform use cases and build them inside Rippling Platform. You will generate demos for keynotes, strategic deals, and conferences, and translate complex capabilities into business outcomes for executives.

You will stay ahead of weekly platform releases, create walkthroughs and narratives, and help GTM, Product, and Marketing show the world what the Rippling platform can do. This is a hands-on, demo-driven role based in the US.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pre-sales / solutions consulting experience, ideally including time as a Platform SC, Technical Architect, or low-code platform specialist.
• Shipped real custom apps, workflows, and integrations on low-code platforms with data models, logic, and UI.
• Generative thinking with own use cases for industry and strategic deals.
• Ability to tailor demos to retail, healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, etc.
• Executive-level storytelling to CIOs, CFOs, and CEOs; AI fluency in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Generate and defend novel use cases across industries and strategic deals.
• Build demos inside Rippling Platform with data connectors, functions, custom apps, and UI.
• Create walkthroughs, narratives, and videos to propagate the work beyond the room.
• Present demos to executive buyers, conference audiences, and internal stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of weekly feature releases and adapt the demo story accordingly.
• Collaborate with GTM, Product, and Marketing to showcase platform capabilities.
